Spring series 2 was fun. I got used to the new bikes and just had a fun time racing and hanging out. my main goal for the weekend was to get prepared for the Mountain States Cup race. It was significantly warmer than Spring Series which is nice. I am so glad that winter is over! Only a few weeks left of school, im so done with it. After The spring series we had the Mountain States Cup race there. It was a really good weekend for me. In 4x we were racing the new extra crispy course with improved bottom section. It was a really fun day and racing went all day long. In the main it was Shawn Neer in lane one, me in lane two, Blair Reed in lane three, and Chris Shewmake in lane four. I had the snap and raced smart to take the win. It was a really good day for me and I was riding my best. On sunday we raced dual slalom. I qualifyed with a 23.82 which was the7th fastest time of the day out of all categorys. This gave me confidence going into the race along with taking the win last year. I just rode smart and stayed hydrated because it was another long day of racing in heat. I ended up taking the win in the Slalom aas well. I was stoked to start out the Mountain States Cup with two wins and the series lead. I’m really excited for Angelfre MSC/National this weekend. Hope to see you all out there! Cheers,
